In-Shore fishing: Jaltepeque Estuary which runs parallel to
Paradise Lodge is miles of mangroves, white sandy islands and small
creeks, a haven for many species of fish and tropical birds.

Off-Shore: There are many under water mountains offshore of
El Salvador's two hundred miles of coastline producing some of the
finest big game fishing along the Pacific Coast including Rooster fish,
Mackerel and Pompano.

Estuary: Jaltepeque estuary happens to be one of the most
picturesque of El Salvador due to its great variety of plants and
animals belonging to this region. etc.

Based out of Los Cobanos, Sonsonate. Our staff members have over
40 years of experience fishing on the coral reef and will delight you by
using excellent technique, knowledge of the species' behavior,
as well as many local improvisational approaches to fishing that will deliver an experience
of a lifetime. We are constantly exploring and re-inventing ourselves to bring you new fishing safaris
and destinations to keep things fun and exciting. If we can help you

Our headquarters are located in Los Cobanos just alongside the coral reef which is one of five protected
national reserves in El Salvador along with Barra de Santiago, El
Jocotal Lagoon, and the national parks Imposible and Nancuchiname.
Los Cobanos Coral Reef has an extension of approximately 21,312 hectares
making the reef one of the largest and most important in the American
Pacific Coast and is home to great quantity and high quality
biodiversity attracting the best game fish in the region.

With over 40 years of experience in shore, reef, and game fishing, we are your best bet when it comes down to selecting multiple
fishing adventures and living the complete fishing experience.

Trolley alongside the Guatemalan border teasing a Sailfish , anchor at 1 mile
from shore and battle a voracious Grouper, or enjoy casting your

We are located exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes away from San Salvador .

During the months of December and January Los Cobanos is an excellent option for recreational diving, spearfishing, and reef fishing, as the water is crystal clear and there are several wrecks to investigate. Tourists can also enjoy the migration of the pilot whales as they come anywhere from 10 to 5 miles from shore.

PHOTO SAFARI

A non-fishing tour specifically made for the photography aficionado!
Enjoy 8 hours of fun in the sun as you will ride along the coast past
breath taking scenery such as virgin beaches, local fishermen, jumping
tunas, and low-flying pelicans. Suddenly, our guide will take you to
the outskirts of the reef, were in the months of December and January
you will witness a spectacular migration of pilot whales that have
given our passengers lifetime memories in the past. As the "Mahi Mahi"
(Our Boat) heads to a distance of almost 20 miles; during the months of
November through April you will see Sailfish in the distance splashing
everywhere and if you have never seen them jump you will be amazed as
you take the perfect shot of a vertical leap or their very common
sideways splash!

A variety of Dolphins can be seen year long, as the area makes the
perfect feeding grounds for Bottle Nose and Spinners who are always
targeting yellowfin tuna as a favorite meal. At times during the trip,
the boat is often accompanied by hungry transient seahawks with great
wingspans and a tendency to circle the boat giving the photographer
plenty of opportunities to capture our featherded friends.

Feel free to bring your underwater cameras, as it is very common to spot
Mahi Mahis from a distance very close to floating objects and our
specialized crew will 'tease' them to swim close to the boat so that
you can capture the most precious and vibrant tones of emerald green
and yellow.
